Can I come along and have a look at your training facilities?

Of course! We are more than happy to give tours of our three-storey, cutting edge facilities. So, please just phone ahead to arrange a suitable date and time to come and say hello!

What is the average pass rate?

Our tutors are very diligent and will ensure you are getting the required support and knowledge to ace your exam. We have pass rates of 97%!

When will I get my exam results?

We won’t keep you in suspense! Upon completion of the examinations, the results will be available on the same day.

Will my qualifications be industry recognised?

Yes! Our courses are either City and Guilds or EAL approved, meaning your qualification will be recognised by industry professionals.

Will I receive a qualification / certificate?

All our EAL and City and Guilds courses will lead to a qualification. So, we will send the certification directly to you.

What books do I need and how do I order them?

Books vary dependant on the course you have selected. On each course page, we have included a tailored reading list. So, if you notify us in advance, we can order the books for you at an additional rate or you can order them yourself on Amazon.

Do I need previous experience or existing qualifications?

Each course page will specify the level of prior experience required to enrol.

What is the duration of the course?

The courses are held Monday to Friday, beginning at 9am and finishing at 4.30 pm, however, this can vary.

Can I park at the training centre?

We are based in the centre of Preston with many nearby car parks only a few minutes away. In fact, City Centre parking is available from £1.50 per day!

Whatever your food preferences, Preston Town Centre can cater to your needs. So you can take a couple of steps from our training centre to the main street and feast your eyes on the endless options!
